Recipe for how to make delicious and delicious Madura satay

Recipe How to Make Sate Madura


Madura Sate Ingredients Recipe:


  • 1 kg of chicken, don't forget to remove the skin and bones
  • Prepare 150 milliliters of sweet soy sauce
  • Lemon juice squeezed from 2 limes
  • Approximately 40 bamboo sticks for skewers


Peanut Seasoning Ingredients:


  • 250 grams of fried peanuts
  • 4 medium size garlic cloves
  • 5 medium size red onions
  • 2 large red chilies
  • 500 milliliters of water
  • 2 lime leaves
  • 100 milliliters of sweet soy sauce I recommend stork soy sauce
  • salt powder to taste
  • Add sweet soy sauce


Complementary Chicken Satay Madura:


Warm rice or rice cake or ketupat

Fried onions


How to make Madura Chicken Satay:


Cut the chicken into cubes, then pierce with a skewer. Repeat until the chicken runs out.


Puree all peanut sauce ingredients except soy sauce, lime leaves and water until soft, then mix with soy sauce, water, lime leaves and cook until oily and cooked, remove from heat.


Marinate the chicken satay using peanut sauce and a little soy sauce

Bake the satay until cooked and let the peanut sauce infuse

Serve chicken satay with peanut sauce, lime juice, rice cake and sprinkle with fried onions
